The following interest rate change is effective for First Step loans reserved on or after May 24, 2024:

• FHA to 5.750% from 5.500%
• Conventional to 6.250% from 6.000%

The following interest rate change is effective for Step Up loans reserved on or after May 24, 2024:

• FHA to 7.125% from 7.000%
• Conventional to 7.625% from 7.500%
