Photo: Emergency vehicles lined up in response to a vegetation fire on the Montini Preserve today that was contained at less than 2 acres with no structures threatened. Sonoma Valley Fire & Rescue crews coordinated with Schell-Vista Fire and Cal Fire resources to achieve a quick halt on the fires forward progress. SVFRA thanks the Sonoma Valley community for remaining clear of the roadways for crews to gain access. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
