Last week, the Blackstone Heritage Corridor Board of Directors held its annual meeting, with two board members retiring: Richard Gregory (on left with plaque), and Robert Billington (on right with plaque). Richard Gregory has served more than 15 years, and Robert Billington has served more than 37 years. We thank them both for their collective 50+ years stewarding the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor!
