CostFlex Systems was a proud sponsor for the HFMA Annual Institute that was held in Gulf Shores, AL at the end of August. It was exciting to support and be an active part of the first HFMA regional conference that was held LIVE since the onset of COVID-19.

“2020 Vision-Open Eyes and Hearts For Our Future Together” was the event’s theme with guest presenters sharing valuable knowledge on roles of leadership as others shared education and insight relative to emerging technologies and healthcare specific product solutions.

CostFlex staff enjoyed the opportunity to provide refreshments for the beachside cornhole tournament and we appreciated our clients and other attendees that took the time to say hello to us during the event and learn more about the new CostFlex product releases for the coming year.

RELEASING FALL 2020: NEW SWITCHBOARD/LAUNCHER

This brand new “CostFlex Launcher” is actively being tested at Beta sites before officially releasing to our client family this Fall.

In case you missed the news in last month's newsletter, here's a recap of the CostFlex Launcher.

With so many organizations utilizing the full Total Cost Accounting product suite of software modules, we started seeing a need to simplify product log-on and simultaneous product use.

The new CostFlex Launcher Features include:

One launcher for all CostFlex Applications
The ability to launch modules simultaneously
Shortcuts to CostFlex Support Services

MICROSOFT (REMINDER PLEASE FORWARD TO IT DEPT)

REMINDER:

Effective October 1, 2020, CostFlex Systems will release a Software Version Upgrade. At that time, the minimum requirements will be changed to Microsoft Access 2013. This upgrade is due to Microsoft Office End of Support for Microsoft Office 2010.

If you are not currently on Access 2013 there are free run-time downloads from Microsoft that will provide the needed capabilities to continue uninterrupted. Please contact us with any questions regarding this change.
