Hello Vineyard family and supporters!

Today, our third day on the trip was Sunday. We started the day off with a worship set lead by Nate Earl and myself. It's so cool to strip everything away and worship God every morning! After worship, Delynn taught us about pride. It has been my favorite devotional so far, for it was extremely relevant to all of us. Even though it was lightly raining, or what they call "cat hair" outside for our quiet time, it was great to have an extended period of time with God.

When our quiet time was done, we headed to Pablo's church. While everyone was finishing our amazing breakfast of meat sandwiches, Brianna Renyolds, MacKenzie Ware, and myself touched up the steel bars that had been welded and stripped away the paint. After everyone was done, we practiced our set of worship songs we were going to preform at the concert later that day.

Tapon was kind enough to help us put on a concert in a park here in town. Tapon is a Costa Rican rapper who gave his life to God and then became a Christian rapper. We planned that before he took the stage, we were going to play a few worship songs. Even just practicing the songs acoustically was awesome worship time for our group. It really is cool to worship with everyone with just a few guitars!

After we finished practicing, we split into groups to hand out invitations for the concert later that day. Everyone did a great job handing out the invites. Andrew Claeys definitely stepped out of his comfort zone and was inviting everyone with ears to the concert! He yelled down the street for all to hear with his crutch raised high in the air. Even though he may have scared some people off, many people who he invited came to the concert later on that day. Actually, many people saw the people they personally invited to the concert!

When all of our invitations were handed out, we ate lunch back at Pablo's church (which was delicious may I add).  Once we were done we packed up everything for the concert and headed over to the park to set up. We finished early and even though it was a bit of a problem to not have anything to do, we made the most of it and split back up into our groups to invite more people to the concert and pray for anyone who wanted it.

By the time sound check was starting, many more people were invited to the concert and even started to come to the stage we set up. Pablo and his worship team then lead great worship in Spanish. When he was done, we went up on the stage and did our worship set (shown above). It was so cool to worship in two languages! Next was Tapon who rocked all of his songs.

When Tapon was done, we cleaned up the stage and went back to Pablo's church to put everything away. Next we packed up into the big vans and went back to the Biblical Institute. Before dinner was served, we all hung out together. The team is getting really close and no one is left behind. After a debriefing of the day, everyone relaxed for a bit.

Thank you all for your prayers and support! It really means a lot for all of you to be praying for us over here. Tomorrow we will get back to some more manual labor so keep us in your prayers some more! Thanks again!
