For nine weeks this fall, you can find me teaching yoga at The Retreat Costa Rica, which is a world-class, nature-inspired, holistic healing oasis located on top of a crystal quartz mountain!

YOGA, WELLNESS, & a MOUNTAIN SIZED CRYSTAL combine magically together to create the alchemy of miracles!
