2025 PLC Projected Payment Rate - August Update

The projected PLC payment rate issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency has updated the projected rate to $0.811 for seed cotton. See the chart below to see how this possible payment rate could affect your respective counties. These are county estimates that are subject to change until the final rate is published September 30, and may not apply to your specific operation. For 2025 specifically, a grower will receive the higher of ARC of PLC regardless of how they initially enrolled. This is for the 2025 crop year only.

Plains Ginners Association Annual Meeting & Golf Tournament - August 24, 2026

The Plains Ginners Association Annual Meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on August 24, 2026, at the FiberMax Center for Discovery in Lubbock, Texas.

The golf tournament's shotgun start time is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Lorenzo Country Club.
