Crews have resumed work and are currently preparing to install the overhead signs - which is scheduled for next week.
Starting Monday, September 16, crews will begin overnight work to install the overhead signs. All work will take place between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. as follows:

Monday, September 16 – 3200 E 6200 S
- This work will require the closure of the acceleration lane leaving Bandits and the right eastbound lane.
- Traffic leaving Bandits will be required to stop and merge with the left eastbound lane.

Tuesday, September 17 – 7650 S Wasatch Blvd
- This work will require the closure of the right southbound lane.

Wednesday, September 18 – 1770 E 9400 S
- This work will require the closure of the right eastbound lane.
While crews are hanging the overhead sign, traffic will be required to stop until the signs are securely fastened. This stoppage could last 30 minutes or more. Police officers will be directing traffic during this time.
Through the end of September, crews will complete electrical connections, installation of warning signs and flashing lights, guardrail, and other final work items.
