This Week at The Center
Tuesday, May 12, 2020
Did Wednesday come early? From now on, we'd like you to have all our news a little earlier in the week—so look for our weekly newsletter on Tuesdays!
Please support Cotuit Center for the Arts in any way you can at this time, including with your patience, advocacy and generosity of spirit.

Cotuit Center for the Arts is welcoming the public to contribute to an exterior mural at the Center, designed and painted by local artist Jackie Reeves and installed on our property by our uber-volunteer Bill Farrell.

It's a BYOB&P (Bring your own brushes and paint) community art project aimed at keeping us connected while staying apart during this pandemic. Click here for all the info!
Check out this quick time-lapse video of Jackie painting the mural outline
Brighten your day with this lip sync of "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," featuring cast members of CCftA's 2018 production of Mary Poppins and more familiar faces from the Center!
Coming Soon
Virtual Wine & Music Wednesday, LIVE on Zoom
Wednesday, May 20, 5:00pm–6:00pm

We may not be able to gather together in person, but we can share a tune, a glass of wine, a wave, and a smile! Please join Executive Director David Kuehn for a virtual Wine and Music, featuring  Kim Moberg  as our musical guest.

Just join via Zoom by clicking the link below. We have increased our Zoom capacity, so there should be plenty of room!
In The Galleries
The Gallery is awash with BLUES: artworks inspired by blues music, blue color, or blue mood…the spectrum is as wide as the creativity of the artists. More than 125 works of art were hung just before the COVID-19 crisis. When our doors open, we look forward to welcoming the public. Meanwhile, view the works of art by visiting our Facebook gallery via the link below.

View Highlights from Past Productions

While the Center is closed, executive director David Kuehn will be uploading video clips of some of his favorite moments from past productions on the main stage. We realize the sound and video quality is not greatwe record our performances for archival and educational purposes onlybut it will give you a chance to come back regularly, check out some of the numbers from shows you saw and loved in the past, or that you missed. You're welcome!
Visit our Little Free Pantry and 'Art Is...' Chalk Wall
In an effort to help our neighbors affected by the COVID-19 crisis, the Center's  Little Free Library  has been converted into a Little Free Pantry. Take what you need, and if you can, please donate what you can spare. While you're at it, you can leave a message on our 'Art Is...' chalk wall, letting everyone know how important art is to you! Both are located just to the right of the main theater building.
If you can, please donate. #GiveTuit
