CCftA Cocktail Corner with Ira: Watermelon-Cucumber Cooler
Summer is hot, we need to stay cool as a cucumber. And a refreshing combination of watermelon and cucumber makes for a great cocktail.
Ingredients:
● 1 1/2 oz. watermelon (fresh)
● 1 1/2 oz. Organic Crop cucumber vodka
● 1/2 oz. simple syrup
● 3/4 oz.lime juice (fresh)
● Pinch salt
● 1 1/2 oz. soda water
● Garnish: cucumber slice
Steps:
Press the watermelon into a juicer or muddle the fruit in a mixing glass and strain, reserving the juice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cucumber vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, watermelon juice, and a pinch of salt. Shake and strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Add soda water, and enjoy!

BRING HOME THE BLUES!
The Gallery is awash with BLUES: artworks inspired by blues music, blue color, or blue mood…the spectrum is as wide as the creativity of the artists.
Pieces from this wonderful exhibit have been flying off the Gallery walls—and with more than 125 works of art on display, there is plenty of beautiful art still available for purchase.
This exhibit is closing on Saturday, August 1, so come see the exhibit and buy an exquisite piece of art to take home!

View Highlights from Past Productions
|
|
While the Center is closed, executive director David Kuehn will be uploading video clips of some of his favorite moments from past productions on the main stage. We realize the sound and video quality is not great—
we record our performances for archival and educational purposes only—
but it will give you a chance to come back regularly, check out some of the numbers from shows you saw and loved in the past, or that you missed. You're welcome!

Visit our Little Free Pantry and 'Art Is...' Chalk Wall
|
In an effort to help our neighbors affected by the COVID-19 crisis, the Center's
Little Free Library
has been converted into a Little Free Pantry. Take what you need, and if you can, please donate what you can spare. While you're at it, you can leave a message on our 'Art Is...' chalk wall, letting everyone know how important art is to you! Both are located just to the right of the main theater building.
