AI & Education Symposium and Hackathon: UCSF faculty, staff, and learners are invited to submit proposals for the February 2026 symposium in Mission Bay. New Tool to Request Leave Available: UCSF staff can now use MySedwick to manage leaves of absence. Use this new tool to initiate a leave, track leave progress, submit documents, ask questions, and more. Learn more »


Free Bay Wheels Annual Memberships: Through a grant from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, UCSF has 1,000 annual Bay Wheels memberships available for UCSF faculty and staff (Bay Area locations, including Oakland), and 600 annual memberships for students.
