New Business

The GK reported that Fr. Rico had contacted him and asked if the Knights could provide possibly up to $400 to support purchase of Stations of the Cross costumes. Since there currently are no unallocated discretionary charity funds left, it was decided this was not possible at this time but might be something for consideration in next year’s budget.

A motion was approved to send the recommended four Knights: GK Mike MacFarlane, PGK Mark Davis, PGK Dominic Druda, and BK Frank Swider to the upcoming State Meeting.

The GK stated a desire to get early start on next year’s budget and requested in that any Knights desiring to make input, in particular to discretionary charity items, make them known to him in the next month or two.

PGK Dominic Druda stated that the Council has raised its prices for soda and beer (soda, now $1 & beer, now $2) due to price increases on the outside and pointed out that profit from soda and beer sales pay for food items we consume.
