Brother Knights,

March 2025 is now in the history books but let’s look back at this Total Nonstop Action month. On Sunday, March 2nd, we had our Sunday breakfast and it benefitted the “Flame of Love” Ministry. It was our most successful breakfast of the year and I want to thank all the Knights for coming out to help and I also want to thank the “Flame of Love Ministry” for coming out in full force to help too. They all did a great job. The next breakfast will be on Sunday, May 4th, and it will benefit the “Marriage Family Life Ministry.”

During the March membership meeting, we recapped our first Lenten Fish Fry Dinner and then we planned our upcoming recruitment drive for the weekend Masses on March 22nd-23rd. During the recruiting drive we aired a promotional video and then following the video Fr. Sunny and Fr. Noble said some nice words on our behalf to encourage men 18 years or older to sign up. The recruiting drive was successful and we signed up 5 new Brother Knights to join our Council.

Looking ahead we have two remaining Lenten Fish Fry Dinners in April and so far everything has been smooth going and I’m appreciative of all the Brother Knights who have answered the call to help. In March 2025 we finally turned around our recruiting efforts during the above mentioned recruiting drive and during the Fish Fry Dinners. We now have 5 new e-Members and we are planning on having a 1st and 3rd Degree Exemplification Ceremony on Monday, April 14th and officially make them a part of our Council. Thank you Brother Knights I appreciate all that you do and have done and may God Bless you All.

The Knights appreciate Steve’s work in keeping up with all the expenses regarding the breakfasts, Fish Fry’s, the Pulled Pork event, maintenance and other financial issues regarding the Feaster Center. Steve was Chairman of the Pulled Pork event and invested many hours of his time to ensure this event was successful.
