The Rush Funplex

City Council held a public hearing to consider a Preliminary Development Plan for The Rush Funplex at 900 NW Ward Road. The proposed entertainment venue would include attractions such as bowling, go-karts, rock climbing, and an arcade. The approximately 102,660-square-foot development would feature a mix of concrete, masonry, brick, and glass building materials.

The applicant is requesting the modification to the fenestration requirement for the street-facing facade of Lot 1. Additional conditions include development in accordance with the Preliminary Development Plan and architectural elevations.

Following the public hearing, City Council approved the proposed Preliminary Development Plan, advancing the Ordinance to a second reading.
