Meeting Notice & News Updates
Here's our brief and to-the-point message about upcoming events you don't want to miss and our monthly meeting notice.

  • Our next regular business meeting will be Wednesday, December 8th, starting at 7:30 p.m. All members are welcome. As usual, we'll be serving dinner around 6:30 for only $5.

  • The Council will once again provide a free Children's Christmas Party with dinner for our members' families starting at 4:30 p.m. Adults will enjoy a pot-luck dinner, so please bring a dish for the community table. Santa will be attending, so please bring a gift (value $20) for each child you bring, for Santa to distribute. RSVP to Anthony Falco at anthonyfalco17@gmail.com or (914) 907-4802 if you are attending.

  • Our Council and our Ladies Auxiliary are hosting the first "Our Christmas Village" including Candy Bingo and outdoor activities starting at 3 p.m., and "Story Time with Santa" at 4 p.m. There will also be food trucks and vendors outside, behind our building. Please see the flyer below. Bring the whole family!

  • Plenty of volunteers are needed to help out with the Christmas Village. Please sign up in advance for a specific time slot by clicking here.

  • Starting at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, we will make our way over to the Paladin Center parking lot to line up for the Parade of Lights (steps off at 6:30), with our very own parade float. Come and march behind our Council banner and with our float!

  • Please support the Ladies Auxiliary's charitable activities by buying a "Super Raffle" ticket (or 2 or 3) for $50 each. Details are on the flyer below. If you will not be attending one of our events and would like to purchase tickets, please send your check (payable to "Council 6318 Ladies Auxiliary") by mail to them at P.O. Box 361, Carmel, NY 10512.

  • Our UNSTOPPABLE Carmel Rams are on their way to the State Championships in Syracuse. Please see the item below and help give them a proper send-off off on Friday morning! And if you can't make it to the game, you can watch it as we live-stream it in our Lounge on Saturday. We'll be serving great drink specials like the Christmas Cosmo, the Candy Cane Martini, the Rushing Ram, and Irish Coffee.

  • This Sunday in our Lounge, come watch the football games and enjoy appetizers sponsored by Cassidy Plumbing.

  • There will be Cash Bingo on Sunday, December 12th. Please see the news item below for details. Reserve early and save $5 on admission!

  • This year's Winter Blood Drive is Thursday, December 30th, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Carmel VFW. Please save the date and watch for more information in a future communication.
Attention CHS Rams fans!

This Friday at 8:30 a.m., Carmel Fire Department, Lake Carmel Fire Department, Kent Fire Department, Patterson Fire Department, and members of the local police departments will be escorting our football players’ charter bus to I-84, on their way to the State Championships in Syracuse!

GO RAMS!!
Reserve Now for Cash Bingo on Sunday, Dec. 12!

Our Ladies Auxiliary is hosting another great Sunday afternoon of cash bingo on December 12th. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the first game starts at 2 p.m.

Proceeds will be donated to United for the Troops! Their purpose is to make life while at war a little better for our brave men and women serving military by collecting food, money, and goods that the military does not provide them. Some of the items include cookies, DVDs, CDs, snacks, t-shirts, and other food items. Through speaking with the troops, the military provides them with the essentials for day-to-day life, and many of them miss the extra amenities that they receive while at home. Their goal is to show them that we are proud of them and appreciate all of their efforts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas of conflict around the world.

The cost for bingo is only $35 (save $5!) if you make your reservations and prepay by clicking here. Walk-ins pay $40 at the door.

Please email Ladieskofc@gmail.com with any questions.
