Flamborough E-NEWS
July 2020
Welcome to the July edition of ENEWS. There are many important updates to share with you this month, including the opening of the new Waterdown North Drive Bypass section from Mosaic Street east to Fingland, a Waterdown Dog Park announcement, Rural Internet Survey, Fortinos Expansion and more.

It was a different July 1st weekend, and I suspect at least a year before things feel closer to normal. Please remember to support local businesses with patios and curbside pickup as our community starts to reopen. Our local businesses need you now more than ever so please purchase local in Waterdown/Flamborough. Continue with take-out/pick up from our local restaurants if not comfortable on patios, and remember to be patient as we all adjust to a new normal. I also want to encourage everyone to continue to wash hands, wear a mask if you are able, remember to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet/2 meters.

Congratulations once again to our 2020 graduates. Graduations and celebrations of your achievements looked very different in this year, yet it was heartwarming to see the many decorative signs and festive balloons around the community.

If you have any questions please join me on Facebook at Judi Luxon Partridge for video updates, visit my website  judipartridge.ca , or send me an email at  [email protected].

Please keep safe and protect yourselves.

Kind Regards
Councillor Judi Partridge
