Falls Prevention Programs for Seniors

The Victorian Order of Nurses Canada (VON) is hosting a free, 12-week program for seniors to educate on falls risk factors and prevention strategies. The program includes 2 sessions per week including education and exercise. Participants will learn about their personal fall risk factors and solutions to reduce their risk. Participants will work through exercises to improve strength, balance and coordination. All programs are coordinated by VON and instructed by Lifemark Seniors Wellness.
