Counselor Caseload Breakdown
Cohort Kick-Off
Our Cohort Kick-off event for NEW cohort students is TONIGHT from 5:30-7:00 pm starting in the Event Center (Gym). We have over 450 students involved in our Cohort Program this year!
AP Chinese Exam Interest Form
Interested in taking the AP Chinese Exam this school year? If so, please complete the interest form below. Registration for the AP exam and next steps will be sent to you no later than September 30, 2022.
 
College Application Help (Seniors)
Beginning the week of October 1st, the counselors will be hosting College Application Help on Wednesdays at lunch from 12:40-1:10pm in Room A103. This will serve as a wonderful way for seniors to work on their college applications and essays while getting their questions and concerns answered and addressed.

To make the most use of time, please bring your laptop to this meeting. You can schedule this appointment during your free block, before school or after school. Typically this is a student only meeting, however, if a parent/guardian would like to attend, that is ok too.
Dual Credit Registration Information

Concordia University, Nebraska: Students MUST complete this two step online registration by Wednesday, September 7th. CUNE will not make exceptions for students who try to register after that date. Remember, this is a two step process! Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors are eligible to register for dual credit through CUNE.

Interested in Being a Peer Tutor?
The Crean Lutheran Counseling Department is looking for several exceptional Saints to become Peer Tutors. Tutors are needed in all subject areas. If you are interested in working as a peer tutor, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • You must be a full-time student at CLHS with a total weighted GPA of 3.8
  • You must earn a grade of "A" or "B" in the class or classes that you will tutor or be enrolled in the AP or Honors level of that course.
  • You must be available to tutor students before, during, or after school.

Christian College Fair - October 19
Crean Lutheran High School will be hosting the NACCAP Christian College Fair on Wednesday, October 19, from 6:00-8:00pm. This event is open to Crean Lutheran High School students and families. It is also open to the public as well. This is a great opportunity to meet with college representatives to learn more about their admissions process, major offerings, and financial aid. Visit the fair website to see what colleges are attending. Students, please don't forget to register for your fair barcode below!

Big10 Admissions Panel & College Fair @ SMCHS
Santa Margarita High School is hosting a Big10 Admissions Panel and College Fair on Wednesday, September 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the Moiso Family Pavilion.

Come hear from admission experts from nine of the Big10 institutions. The admissions panel will be followed by a college fair. This is open to the public, so please invite any friends who might be interested. Please RSVP here.
