Counselor Minute

November and December of any given year are months that usually consist of a blur of holidays and workdays, rushing to get things done while trying to enjoy your family and well-deserved time of relaxation. College applications will soon start, with letters of recommendation and the second semester of courses coming soon. My hope is that you are able to make the seamless transition from one semester to the next. November is National Career Development month, as well as when we celebrate Veterans Day and National Parent Involvement Day, not to mention Thanksgiving. December will bring holiday celebrations and preparation for 2019. Here’s to the hope that your program is going well, and that you do indeed receive the respite you deserve going into the holiday season.
