Rebecca Doane, President of Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden, and Extension Director Ron Rice, announced a major change in the leadership team of Mounts Botanical Garden, PBC's oldest and largest botanical garden.

Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden will kick-off 2024 by hosting more than 30 fun and informative workshops, classes and special events throughout January, including a six day visit by the Sacred Arts Tour Monks from South India and the opening of the next major exhibition Origami in the Garden.

​The PBC Cooperative Extension office is currently accepting applications for the 2024 Florida Master Gardener Volunteer Program.

Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden is proud to announce the Grand Opening of its next major exhibition in PBC's oldest and largest botanical garden, a beautiful 20-acre oasis.

Mounts Botanical Garden is embracing the season with its new exhibition, Tropical Holiday Trees at Mounts. It features two framed, 8-15 foot trees designed by the horticulture team and installed with dozens of colorful bromeliads and other tropical botanicals.

Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden will cap off this year by hosting fun and informative workshops, classes and special events throughout December, including the popular Garden Explorers Youth Winter Camp.
