Our new website is a centralized place for all members and non-members to learn about PATA New York, our events, new features and content, membership benefits, as well as to sign up to become a member.

We have also integrated our member-only portal (WildApricot) into our website where members will be able to access additional member-only features including a directory, event calendar, photo album, AffiniPay, profile page, and more.

We thank you for the memories as you may recognize a photo or two of yourself in our website gallery or in an article. We’re excited for the many new opportunities to come.

China travel bounces back, COVID-19 curbs ease

As of June 24, most parts of China have resumed inter-provincial travel. Shanghai restarted group tours from the start of July after a three-month suspension in containing a resurgence of COVID-19 cases.

China's domestic flight volume has returned to about 70% of the pre-pandemic levels. Demand for international flights has risen rapidly as the quarantine period for travelers coming from foreign countries to China has been shortened from 21 days to 10 days

More airlines are resuming international flights to and from China, and it is likely that July will see the biggest number of international flights since pandemic restrictions were placed on international air travel in early 2020.

Other Chinese carriers including China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Xiamen Airlines have announced resumption of international routes or increased frequencies.
