It seems as if we have been through a lot regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called the Affordable Care Act (ACA), in just a few years. Now that counties have some experience dealing with the law, it is wise to review some of the more significant parts of the law. Perhaps more importantly, it is time to look ahead.
This presentation will focus on some of the unique issues that have arisen under the PPACA and look ahead to some of the current and future issues all employers need to deal with and prepare to address. Some of the issues include:
