Freeholders Award Local
COVID-19 Grants To Municipalities
Hunterdon County’s Freeholder Board, at the November 4th meeting, awarded COVID-19 grants to eleven County municipalities to aid the local governments with unanticipated emergency response costs.

Freeholder Board Director Shaun C. Van Doren stated at the meeting, “These municipal grants are being made to assist our communities in dealing with the unanticipated costs of emergency response during the pandemic.

As I have stated on several occasions, our Mayors and local governing body members, and their workforces, have been on the frontlines in responding to the COVID-19 emergency and their constituents and the Freeholders greatly appreciate those efforts.”
