This Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) newsletter is designed to inform county directors, management and staff about high-impact updates, important changes, county performance, new guidance, and program changes.

In follow-up to our communication shared with you on Tuesday, HCPF is able to access the federal Payment Management System for federal matching funds for all HCPF-administered programs. Further, we received a wire transfer of funds from the federal government yesterday. Given these changes, we are proceeding as though operations are moving forward uninterrupted while monitoring federal actions and communications. We will communicate future impacts to medical assistance programs as they are known.
