The County of Los Angeles has introduced
additional guidelines for reopening in alignment with the state. Select lower-risk locations may reopen with reduced capacity, physical distancing requirements, face coverings and other infection prevention guidelines.
Lower-risk businesses/locations that may reopen include lower-risk retailers, manufacturing and logistics sector businesses that supply lower-risk retail businesses, non-essential office-based businesses
and indoor malls and shopping centers.
Higher-risk businesses/locations remain closed in accordance with the state, including bars, nightclubs, arcades and bowling alleys, personal care locations, including nail salons, hair salons and massage establishments, gyms and fitness centers, movie theaters, live performance theaters, concert halls, venues, stadiums, theme parks and festivals.
