It's flu vaccination time
Contra Costa offers free or low-cost flu shots to the public 
Medical research clearly shows that vaccinations can prevent people from getting sick and the spread of illness. This includes annual flu shots. This year, like every year, my family and I will get vaccinated against the flu. 

I hope you will, too. 

There are lots of ways to get your flu shot, including at a Contra Costa Health Services public clinic. Our County clinics offer free or low-cost flu shots at several locations including our own West County Health Center in San Pablo. 

Many of our community clinics also offer flu shots. Check this list, which includes addresses and phone numbers. 

Flu shots are available now. Check with your health provider. For the County's public clinics, see details and flier below.

When: 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Fridays 
Where: West County Health Center, 13601 San Pablo Avenue, San Pablo. First floor.
