Dear ALA Johnston families,
We are excited to welcome your child(ren) to ALA Johnston! Please read below for important information regarding scheduling and the opportunity to request electives for the 2022-2023 school year.
We are requesting that all students entering 7-12th grade submit a copy of their most recent report card or transcript (unofficial transcripts are acceptable). This will ensure students are placed in the appropriate courses for progression towards graduation.
If you have not already uploaded your child's report card or transcript to the Parent Portal, please email the documents directly to Student Services, at studentservices@alajohnston.org.
HOW TO REQUEST COURSES:
1. The 2022-2023 Course Catalog can be found on our website (the course catalog is located in the pulldown menu through the Student Services link) . This will provide information about courses, fees, and diploma tracks for graduation.
2. Please complete the form(s) below for each of your children according to the grade level they will be entering for the 2022-2023 school year (DEADLINE: March 4, 2022):

All INCOMING 7th graders will need to make 1 Elective and 2 Alternate selections. COURSE REQUEST FORM

All INCOMING 8th graders will need to make 2 Elective and 2 Alternate selections. COURSE REQUEST FORM

All INCOMING 9-10th graders will need to make 3 Elective and 2 Alternate selections. COURSE REQUEST FORM
Athletic Survey:
We are also asking that families complete the Athletic Survey.
