COVE COMMUNITY STAFF REMINDERS & UPDATES

Happy Friday Everyone,

So many wonderful things happening here in Captain's Cove! Hopefully, many of you have had the opportunity to meet Charlie Getz our new Food & Beverage Director. As many are aware, so many on the food & beverage team stepped up with the sudden changes right before Memorial Day. Last week Charlie gave Josh Vickers the new title of Executive Chef and Craig Aspdin the new title of Sous Chef. Charlie recognized the talent and dedication both of these gentlemen showed almost immediately. We are all so proud of the F&B team!

Julia Knopf is now going to be focusing on the website, and community events, working with our committees as well as still working on scheduling of entertainment amongst other things. Her new title is now Community Marketing & Events Manager which will truly encompass the role of the whole community as opposed to just food and beverage. We truly appreciate her stepping up in our time of need with the sudden changes in May and look forward to her being able to focus on what she was originally hired for.

A few questions came up on guests of members and their access to amenities when the member may be away. Our procedure is, the member needs to either purchase passes ahead of time or be with the guest to purchase the passes. If purchased ahead of time the pass will have the guest’s name and the date(s) of usage on the pass. Guests cannot purchase passes without a member present.

Each Property Owner’s card can have up to four guests. Means that each property can have up to 8 guests. Hope this helps.
