If you have a membership card that does not have an expiration date, when you come to the MC front desk, a new card will be issued to you.  The expiration date not only allows the team to keep track of current members and residents, but we will also be putting a colored sticker on them so when you come in, they will be identifiable to the front desk, and this will make for faster entry. The team will only need to look you up twice a year to verify that assessments have been paid and are current. Stickers have been ordered and we will start attaching them to cards as soon as they come in.

As a reminder, please have your card or a clear picture of your card on your phone when using any of the CCGYC Amenities.

As I was putting this week's e-blast together, I couldn't believe I was adding July already!  Before we all know it Halloween stuff will be displayed at walmart (probably when I am writing August..lol).  The team has been working on several projects as well as the budget draft and keeping busy.  We hope you all can attend our monthly Property Team Meeting on Monday as we share a lot of great happenings and updates going on in the Community.  Monday we will share when our Budget Work Session will be for those community members wishing to attend.
