The Health Services Initiatives (HSI) funding application will not go live today, Jan. 2, 2024, as previously announced.  

HCPF would like to be transparent with stakeholders about the amount of funding available for HSI funded projects. To do so, we need to be secure in our estimates, and the timelines for investing these dollars. It has come to our attention that we may need to revise our estimates for the Cover all Coloradans legislation utilization. These revisions may impact the amount of money available for community projects after potential increased funding required by HB 1289 for postpartum coverage is re-calculated.
