Added Steps to Protect Our Members
We want you to know that we're doing all we can to support our members during this virus outbreak. In accordance with guidance from CMS, we are:
- Covering COVID-19 testing without any copay, cost sharing or pre-authorization (pre-approval). If an in-network provider thinks a member needs testing, there should be no cost barriers.
- Allowing early prescription refills and relaxing rules on home or mail delivery. This will ensure that you can get your prescriptions even if you can't go to the pharmacy.
- Expanding access to in-network telehealth services by making it easier for providers to submit a claim. This can take the place of face-to-face doctor visits if you are quarantined.
