We can protect our physical wellbeing by eating healthy (organic, locally grown whole) foods, maintaining an active lifestyle, getting plenty of sleep, taking high quality supplements, and incorporating essential oils. Continue to follow the CDC and local government requirements for staying isolated, safe, and healthy. Remember to wash your hands frequently, practice self-isolation by staying home, avoid interacting with others (even those with whom you are quarantined) if you feel ill, and try to maintain a positive frame of mind. During this time of uncertainty, we invite you to share some of the ways we personally practice mindfulness.
