Greetings!

It's hard to believe that we have arrived at the last month of 2023. Sigh. What a ride. So much has transpired in the world and in our own personal lives. As is usual with my newsletters, I try to keep my messages positive and upbeat. There are enough people talking about all that does not feel right in the universe.
So my big news for this year's end is that my self-help memoir, HUMMINGBIRD: MESSAGES FROM MY ANCESTORS, a memoir with reflection and writing prompts is coming soon!
I'm very excited to announce the official publication date as January 15 ,2024 (Modern History Press). This book was written during the pandemic, and inspired by connecting with my ancestors and other important influences in my life. It's been called an uplifting and inspiring story which resonates with many individuals on numerous levels. In addition to being a memoir, the book is a guide to help you connect with your own ancestors—which, by the way, can be relatives, mentors, special individuals, and/or places which have been important to you during the course of your life. Your ancestors can also be individuals who you never even met, but have strongly impacted who you have become.
Please buy my new book and join me on this fascinating journey of discovery!
