Sound Meditation: Now Every Wednesday!

With Nicole St.Michel

Join us on Wednesdays 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
Could you use a tune-up? This relaxation-based practice is typically performed lying down, or in your most comfortable position. Nicole has a vast collection of high vibrational sound tools that she uses to soothe and calm the nervous system.

Each week follows a different theme taking you on a journey that is dedicated to your well-being.

Postcards: With Love From Me To You!

With Karin Huehold

Join us at 9:00am on Saturday, December 5th.
In this age of technology, the notion of sending a postcard has gotten lost!

You will be creating postcard-size works of art that can be snail-mailed to someone special – this could include yourself! Students are encouraged to discover their own personal style with an emphasis on having FUN! (of course!)

Crafting your Heart Story: Advent

With Kerr Mesner

Join us from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday, December 12th.
Part 2 of 4
This offering is part of a series of daylong retreats which offer an opportunity to step back from the rush of our day to day lives, slow down, reflect, and recharge. If you didn't attend part 1, you can still attend this one!

Participants will leave this workshop with experiences of several accessible arts-based approaches to storytelling, experiences of community story-sharing and listening, and with the beginnings of an artistic rendering of their own heart story.
