Mystery Lover's Book Club: "Death Overdue"

Monday, October 16th @ 1:00pm


Carrie Singleton is just about done with Clover Ridge, Connecticut until she's offered a job as the head of programs and events at the spooky local library, complete with its own librarian ghost. Her first major event is a program presented by a retired homicide detective, Al Buckley, who claims he knows who murdered Laura Foster, a much-loved part-time library aide who was bludgeoned to death fifteen years earlier.

Just in time for Halloween - a story about the victims of Jack the Ripper!


Polly, Annie, Elizabeth, Catherine and Mary-Jane are famous for the same thing, though they never met. Their murderer was never identified, but the name created for him by the press has become far more famous than any of these five women.

Crime & Cookies Podcast Club: Suspect

NH Big Read "The Bear" Art Project

This program is limited to participants of the New Hampshire Big Read 2023. You must have read, "The Bear" by Andrew Krivak. This is an adult services program.
