Get Pool Access
All households that want to enjoy the pool this year need to complete the 2023 Pool Access Agreement. Learn more and complete your agreement now at CrawfordFarmsHOA.com/pool. It usually takes 24 business hours to get your Bluetooth access email once you've completed your 2023 pool agreement. We have added additional resources to ensure your access request are answered as quickly as possible!
Bluetooth Instructions
Step 1: Completed the 2023 Pool Agreement Form. Completion of this form sends a request to management to verify your membership in the community and that no assessment balance is due on the account.
Step 2: Download the "PDK Touch” app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Step 3: You should have received a separate email from ProDataKey stating, “Your credentials are ready”. Scroll down to the body of the email and click "Activate" and allow the credentials to load. On your phone screen, you should see “Front Gate and Interior Gate” displayed on your mobile device. Once in the proximity of the gate, open the PDK app, press and hold down the gate name displayed on your screen until you hear a beep or the circle on the gate access reader pad turns green, and pull the front gate open. If the interior gate is closed, follow the same steps and slide the gate open.
Friendly reminder, PDK credentials cannot be shared between devices. Credentials will be sent to one email address per device. If you have not received an email from ProDataKey, check your spam folder and activate your credentials at your earliest convenience. They will expire in 24 hours! If your credentials expire before you can activate them, reach out to our office for a new credential email.
Keychain Fob Pick-up
If you have completed the 2023 Pool Access Agreement you can visit the FIrstService office, located at 9800 Hillwood Parkway, Suite 210 Fort Worth, TX 76177 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9 AM- 5 PM to get a new fob. You can email or call to set an appointment in advance by calling 817-380-7000 or email the admin team.
