Many residents are only receiving information from other residents on Facebook. The board and management team do not monitor and largely abstain from participating in that forum. We want to ensure that homeowners are aware of the HOA finances, board decisions, owner's account balance, event & emergency announcements, and more.
All homeowners should register to the Connect Resident Portal at crawfordfarms.connectresident.com
All renters are encouraged to email management with their current rental lease agreement and email address so they can receive information regarding the HOA and amenity access.

Volunteer or Join a Committee
If you’re looking to put your talents and interests to use within the community, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference. Whether it’s with the newsletter, event planning, serving as block captain or joining a committee, you can get involved and contribute. Check out what the HOA has to offer and how you can utilize your skills in the best way!
Volunteer: Unsure about making a steady commitment just yet? Volunteer to support different activities that are going on. The HOA is always looking for people to spruce up common areas, pick up trash, or participate in a fundraiser.
Share Ideas: Is there something you’d like to see in our community? Talk to other homeowners to get their input and generate support. Submit your ideas to the management team and they will present those ideas to the board on your behalf and ensure that your voice is heard.
Attend Events: If participation is sparse, the HOA might think twice about hosting special events and get-togethers. We encourage everyone to show their support and take advantage of these opportunities to get to know other residents in the neighborhood and have a good time. Our goal is to build a strong sense of unity and warmth for all residents and their guests!
Currently, we are need of volunteers for the upcoming events and ACC Committee

Compliance
As part of a homeowners' association (HOA), you've probably heard the term "CC&Rs" quite a bit. It sounds like a cluster of letters with no concrete meaning, but the truth is that CC&Rs are your association’s Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and can be viewed on the Connect portal. Whether you have lived in Crawford Farms for 15 years or 15 days, it is a good practice to understand the association's compliance process. The community manager inspects the property weekly. If a compliance violation of the CC&R’s is observed, you will be notified by mail and email. Most compliance violations are resolved with the friendly reminder, but may result to a fine if the violation is not rectified in the time frame referenced in the letter. Understanding the CC&Rs are important to know especially if you desire to make any exterior modifications to your home. Homeowners must obtain Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval prior to beginning any project even if you believe that the project is in compliance with the CC&Rs. All governing documents, forms and CC&Rs can be found on the Connect Resident Portal.
| |
All exterior modification request must be submitted through the resident portal at https://crawfordfarms.connectresident.com/. Please be sure to upload any addition details related to your project such as pictures, plans, dimensions, product details, survey of your home, materials, drainage plans, completed shared property form paint color, brand and number, stain color and transparency...etc.

Inspections 'R' Us is a nationwide business focusing on your governing standards of HOA's. Whether they are HOA violations, rental properties or commercial properties, inspections 'R' Us, are professional compliance inspectors.
To be consistent with the restrictions and guidelines within the Crawford Farms Governing Documents, the Board of Directors have decided to utilize Inspections 'R' Us. Inspectors will be in a marked vehicle with car decals, conducting compliance drives every two weeks to ensure that each property is in compliance and that all homeowners are abiding by the guidelines that were established to ensure a level of design consistency and help establish an overall character for the community.

contribution to maintaining and enhancing the quality, harmony, conformity, and for abiding by the standards
