Stars, Stripes & Bites At Horseshoe Bay Resort!

GrassRoots Marketing Texas Event Services was proud to be part of the Stars, Stripes & Bites celebration at the Horseshoe Bay Resort!

Over the course of two days and three event sessions, our custom patriotic décor and interactive photo experience helped create a memorable celebration for guests of all ages. We captured more than 200 guest photos, giving families and friends a fun way to commemorate this historic milestone.

It was an incredible opportunity to celebrate America's 250th anniversary while showcasing how thoughtfully designed event décor can transform an event into an unforgettable experience.

Join Us At Outback Party Rentals On Sunday, July 19th!

On Sunday, July 19th, we are excited to co-host an Open House at Out Back Party Rentals in Marble Falls, Texas! We are bringing together some of our favorite vendor partners in the Texas Hill Country!

Guests will experience signature interactive features by GrassRoots Marketing Texas Event Services, including our Disco Ball Wall, HD Photobooth, and Dirty Soda Bar, each designed to elevate guest engagement and create memorable moments.

Out Back Party Rentals will feature curated table settings, a margarita machine, fresh popcorn, and classic cotton candy, adding both style and fun to the atmosphere.

Taste sweet treats from Lost Roads Bakery and contributions from several other amazing vendor partners helping bring the vision to life.

The event will be a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and the power of community in the event industry.
