Upcoming Happenings
Art Exploration for Families
As a family, explore different materials, get creative, and make unique pieces of art together! Best enjoyed by children ages 5-12 and their caregivers.
All Create Together Events
January Create Together: 
Kids and their caregivers are invited to drop in anytime between 10:30-12:00 to create art featuring a favorite pet or animal, using collage and mosaic techniques. Free event, no pre-registration required.
This project was funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Fund.

Teddy Bear Band, Prior Lake Library
Kids and families are invited to the kickoff of our 2019 Party in the Club lineup with a Teddy Bear Picnic! Drop in from 10:30-Noon and pretend it's summer - dress for summer with crafts, activities, and great family music & dancing!

Warm up your family's winter with all three "Party in the Club" FREE events designed to get families out of the house and moving! All events start at 10:30 and are free and open to the public, no registration required:
1/12: Teddy Bear Picnic with the Teddy Bear Band
2/2: Once Upon a Castle (10:30-11:30)
2/23: Jammie Jam with Kidsdance

Winter Early Literacy Classes & Storytimes 
Early literacy is what your child needs to know about reading and writing before they learn to read & write. Let the library help develop your child's early literacy skills with the five practices of Talk, Sing, Read, Write, & Play at  our  Early Literacy classes and storytimes
