How it works – Talent Review process
Three Workday tasks are included in the Talent Review opportunity for all coworkers:
-
Update Profile – Talent Review (general profile: work experience, skills, career interests, etc.)
-
Add or Edit Education
-
Add or Update Certifications (includes licenses and registrations)
To complete your Talent Profile, follow these simple steps:
-
From MyFranciscan Service Center, click on the link to Workday Self-Service and log in.
-
Go to your Workday MyTasks/Inbox and complete the three action items listed above (scheduled to launch in Workday on March 1).
- Once the applicable fields are complete for each task, click “Submit.”
Note: Though Talent Profiles already exist in Workday, it’s not been a function that has been actively promoted. If you have already added information to your profile, or previously submitted certifications or education, take this opportunity to review, update or add information.
Know This!
-
This scheduled Talent Profile opportunity will be in effect until May 15 to allow coworkers time to complete the Talent Review template in Workday.
-
It is not a requirement for coworkers to create a Talent Profile, but it is highly encouraged, because it is an important piece in understanding career interests and aspirations, skills and abilities.
- Once your Talent Profile is created, your leader will plan to meet with you to discuss interests and development plan opportunities.
- This touchpoint is important as it will build stronger relationships and will help Franciscan and coworkers reach future goals.

Looking ahead
Coming in the second quarter 2023: If a manager has NOT met with a coworker through the 2022 Evaluation of Competence or the Talent Profile scheduled opportunity, the manager will use the Give Feedback tool in Workday and meet with the coworker. Following this, we look to promote the Get Feedback and Give Feedback tools in Workday on an ongoing basis.
