The NH Connections Information
System (NHCIS) is Here!
NH DHHS is currently developing a new information system for early childhood and afterschool time programs and professionals that will replace the existing New Hampshire Professional Registry. It is called the NH Connections Information System (NHCIS) and it includes several components. Check out additional information about NHCIS and its applications by clicking the button below.
NH Connections Information System
Professional Registry
One of the components is a new personal portal that includes a variety of “apps”. Each “app” appears as a tile on a dashboard after logging in. In the new Professional Registry, you will have the ability to apply for credentials, training opportunities and if you work in an early learning or afterschool program, the ability to apply for background record checks.
Updating Your Information on the
Current NH Professional Registry
NH DHHS is working to transfer some of the training documentation from the current registry to the new system. In order to be able to transfer your training record, please go into your current registry account associated with this email address by June 23rd to ensure the email address is up to date and to enter your birth date, if it was not part of your record or check the accuracy of the birth date you entered. This will help identify you when you create an account in the NHCIS.

We recommend that you print your current registry record, including your training transcript.
Need Additional Assistance?
If you are an early childhood professional and have any questions about updating the information in your current registry account, printing your transcript, or setting up your new personal portal account, please contact Child Care Aware of NH at ccrrta@snhs.org or via their Training and Technical Assistance Phone Lines: 603-578-1386, ext. 2526 and ext. 2532. If you are an out of school time professional and have questions, please contact ACROSS NH at 603-206-2875 or email acrossnh@seresc.net. Please use Subject Line: "Registry Assistance" when emailing.

We are excited to offer the early childhood and afterschool field an opportunity to adopt use of this new system, where they can meet many of their professional needs in one place!

Thank you,
The NHCIS Team
