About Mark:
Mark is currently the Sr. Manager of Programming at the eLearning Guild and he independently advises small businesses, start-ups, and nonprofits in Organizational Social Design. He has worked for over 20 years designing and leading learning solutions with organizations such as Smartforce, Pearson Digital Learning, the SUNY Research Foundation, Aspen Dental Management, and Systems Made Simple. His work and writing have been highlighted in the books Revolutionize Learning and Development: Performance and Innovation Strategy for the Information Age and The Social Learning Handbook. A regular writer and speaker on the use of social media for learning, collaborative networks, and organizational development, Mark positions himself at the intersection of social networking, organizational design and learning with a keen interest in the 702010 principle and frameworks. He is the author of the forthcoming book, Social By Design, a principled guide to creating and maintaining organizational connection and collaboration (Spring 2020).
