Welcome to the month of March! How exciting that we can start to think about spring. Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead one hour for daylight saving time on March 13, 2022. As you know, the CDC has recommended that the indoor mask requirement can be lifted for about 70% of the population in the United States including schools. A gauge that we are encouraged to use in determining if a mask is needed is our community risk level as well as our overall health. Please see the CDC link in the resource guide for assistance in determining the risk level of your county. As many families are faced with the rising cost of daily living, this month we focus on teaching young children to value money and to take care of their belongings. Please see this month’s Power Point for thoughts and ideas about affordable, enjoyable family time.
