For all employers:
Last month Edwards and Company sent a copy of an "ERISA Rights Statement."
This statement could be considered an employer's first step towards becoming
ERISA Compliant.
The next step is to create an actual SPD (Summary Plan Description) so that an employer
can provide a copy to their employees upon request.
