LAST MINUTE PREPARATIONS!!
We look forward to seeing you at Nazareth Retreat Center on September 12 or 13 (depending on which day you indicated that you were arriving).

Packing List!!!
- Mug and Water Bottle - please pack your own!
- Your own writing utensils and paper
- Snacks to share
- Art supplies to share during the retreat
- "Book Trading Table" - sharing resources with others! Bring books or materials to share with others
- Comfortable clothes!!! and walking shoes.
- Expected temperatures are from mid-60s to mid-80s. Rain is likely.
- Flashlights can be helpful for navigating the space at night.
- Mosquitos and ticks will still be active.
A note about COVID:
COVID is part of the world, and we want to be good neighbors to one another. We encourage you to test for COVID before you come, and do not come if you are positive. Please feel comfortable wearing a mask if that is part of your routine.
When you arrive at the Retreat Center:
The Columba Room, in the O'Connell Hall on the second floor will be open to us on Thursday at 2 pm. If you'd like to arrive early to see the space and meet other people, arrive any time 2 pm or later on Thursday. There will be a quick trip into town for dinner for any who arrive before 4:30. If you arrive and need help finding the space, you can contact Jerry at 502-541-8278. He will be ready to greet you at 2 pm.
List sent previously - preparing for our time together:
- Please bring drawing / coloring / art supplies that you can share. There will be time during the retreat to do these things and some will be provided, but would appreciate anything that you can share.
- Optional: You will be invited to share the COOLEST thing that you’re doing in your parish / diocese. Prepare 60 seconds to share.
- Plan on dressing in comfortable clothing and pack layers. There are plenty of areas to walk, and walking outside is required to go between lodging, meals, and the group meeting area. An umbrella or rain coat might also be a good idea.

Map your way to Nazareth Retreat Center: 40 West Drive, Nazareth, KY 40048
- Bring your own cup / mug / water bottle. This will save myriad resources.
- Bring some snacks to share. We will have snacks available throughout the weekend. Some basics will be provided by the planning team, but we hope that you'll bring along some things to share with others. We will have access to a refrigerator for storage. (note: alcohol is not allowed in the public areas of the retreat center. It can be in the housing areas, but not in our meeting rooms or in the outdoor areas.)
- If you have resources to share (books, printed materials, magazines), bring those with you. We will have a "book trading table" (which isn't required to be books, and also isn't required to be traded...you are welcome to take whatever will bless your life!)
