Dear Parents,
The Insect Study is perfect for the Spring when we can spend time outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Children find insects interesting, they follow them, observe them, and even manipulate them. They are curious about the different type of insects they find in the backyard or park. This Study will be a great opportunity for the children to explore and expand their concept of our environment and their love for mother nature.
In the next few weeks our Pre-K students will be investigating about what insects do, why they are important, and how they interact in our ecological environment.
Shining, Super, & Spunky Sophomores:
Our Toddlers and Twos will be exploring Insect/bugs in their weekly objective based lesson plans and projects you will see on display.
In addition, some of our objectives this month will be:
- Social-Emotional Strength,
- Fine-Motor and Gross-Motor skills
- Exploring Insects through scientific tools
