Creative Facilitation from the Inside Out
Earlybird discount through May 20th!

Feel more confident facilitating creative process.
Bring out the creative best in the groups you facilitate.
Be more at ease creating, improvising, and adapting in the moment.
Design compelling, original content for full-on participant engagement.
Cultivate and trust your creativity as facilitator and experience designer.
Discover wh/creative archetypes & activities work best for who YOU are.

For professional facilitators, coaches, leaders, consultants, educators, and anyone else who facilitates creativity, and/or wants to unleash more of their own creativity in their facilitation.

I'm trying something new with the format -- and would appreciate your feedback on the format as it is an experiment. :-) The format is a stand alone one-day workshop with the added benefit of a customized 90-minute individual coaching session (via skype or zoom) to help personalize the activities and learning for your particular groups, creative style, personality, and situation. Both-And!

These workshops attract creative process facilitators who have distinctly different target audiences (gov't, business/corporate, non-profit, entrepreneurs, spiritual, arts, academic, medical, legal, special interest, activist, OD, HR, marketing, advertising, etc - you name it).  While many of the concepts and principles are universal and work for facilitating creative process, as are many of the tools and techniques, when it comes to modifying and creating customized, original activities for a particular group, there can be much variation, both due to the nature for the group, their goals and objectives, and the creative style, natural gifts, and experience of the facilitator. Your uniqueness is an AWESOME thing to help you stand out and differentiate yourself.

The one day stand alone workshop we've been doing is for both the inner focus on being an more creative, adaptive, at ease, thinking-on-your- feet, effective, and comfortable facilitator of creative process, as well as getting a lot of general tools and techniques to use with groups of all kinds. It is a complete workshop in itself. order to help each facilitator design unique activities for their own groups in addition, we can go further one-on-one - giving your originality the spaciousness it deserves!

You have the option to do the one day workshop focused on you as a facilitator along with many activities and techniques to use with others as a stand-alone day, or to add on the 90-minute coaching session to further customize the activities for your own group using your amazing creativity.

Cville Creativity Network is back May 24 with
Join us Wednesday, May 24th at 7pm at City Space on the Charlottesville downtown mall. Playback Theater provides a fun, enlivening environment to further develop our emotional intelligence and story intelligence. In this lively, highly interactive session, we will experience the roles of Playback Theater, and will become the co-creative team. (No previous experience is expected or necessary.) Playback holds the mirror up for us to see our own spontaneity in action and grounds collective themes into personal stories. This can help with risk-taking, divergent thinking, flexibility, and creativity; bridging differences; identifying and resolving conflicts; getting unstuck; expanding options and choices; and feeling more empowered in a chaotic, uncertain world. Facilitated by the awesome Larry Goldstein, director, performer, consultant to nonprofits, and longtime Playback practitioner and leader.
