Jellyfish
Supplies:
paper plate
paint or markers
yarn, string or curling ribbon
googly eyes
pencil
scissors
hole punch
black marker
To Make:
Draw a wavy line in the middle of the paper plate with a pencil. Using the scissors, cut along that line.
Paint or color the paper plate. Let dry.
Use a hole punch to make holes along the wavy bottom line of the paper plate.
Cut strands of yarn or ribbon about 36” long. Cut one strand for each hole. Fold strands in half and thread the folded end in the hole. Bring the loose ends through the hole and pull. This will keep the yarn from falling out of the hole. Continue this step until all the holes filled.
Glue the googly eyes onto the paper plate and use a black marker to draw a mouth. For more fun you can even make big googly eyes from paper!!
