Sock Animals
Supplies:

  • Ankle socks
  • Scissors
  • Fine tip black permanent marker
  • Mini pom poms
  • Felt
  • Hot glue gun
  • Glue
  • Stuffing or cotton balls 

To Make:
  1. Fill your sock with stuffing, leaving the ankle area open.
  2. Fold over the empty ankle and hot glue it to the back of the sock. You might need some help from adult on this part.
  3. Glue mini pom poms to make the eyes and nose. Use a fine tip black marker to draw the mouth and whiskers. For the dog, glue a circle of felt under one of the pom pom eyes.
  4. Cut ears out of felt and glue to head. For cat ears cut them pointy and dog ears cut them round. 
  5. Cut arms, legs and a tummy. Glue in place.
  6. Finally, cut a tail out and glue it the back of the sock.

You can make all kinds of animals from these socks!
