Cotton Ball Bunny

Supplies:
  • 1 paper plate
  • 1 piece of color paper (any color)
  • Cotton balls
  • 3 pipe cleaners (any color)
  • Googly eyes
  • Pom pom nose
  • Scissors
  • Glue
Instructions:

1. To make your bunny pattern, cut the rim off the paper plate to make a smaller circle. Cut two bunny shape ears from the color paper. Glue both the ends of the ears next to each other on the back side of the paper plate. Make sure you have a V shape between the ears. Let glue dry.
2. Glue cotton balls just around the edge of the ears. You want the color paper to show through to create the middle of the bunny’s ear. Glue cotton balls to cover the plate circle.
3. Cut 3 equal pieces from 2 pipe cleaners to make whiskers. Cut the remaining pipe cleaner in half. With one half of the pipe cleaner, make a W shape to make the mouth.
4. Glue mouth and 3 whiskers on each side onto bunny face. Above the whiskers, glue goggle eyes (or make your own eyes from paper). Glue the pom pom ball on top of whiskers and mouth.
5. Enjoy your Bunny!
